Shortfundly Ticket (ticket.shortfundly.com) is our platform to discover shows and securely book tickets online. You can browse events, pick seats, pay online, and receive an e-ticket.

How do I book a ticket?

1) Open the event page
2) Choose date/time and ticket type/quantity
3) (If enabled) Select seats
4) Apply any promo code
5) Pay securely online
6) Receive confirmation + e-ticket/QR via email/SMS.

Which payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

We support UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and popular wallets via our payment gateway. International cards may be supported depending on the event organizer and gateway settings.

Question 4

Will I receive a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If the organizer has enabled GST billing, your tax invoice details will be included in the email confirmation. You can also download it from your Orders/Bookings page after login.

I didn't get my e-ticket. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder and ensure your email/phone number is correct. You can re-download from your Orders/Bookings page. If it still doesn't show, contact support with your payment reference.

Where do I find my e-ticket/QR?

Accepted Answer

After successful payment, we email/SMS your e-ticket link. You can also log in to your account → Orders/Bookings → View Ticket to access the QR at any time.

My payment succeeded but I didn't get confirmation.

Sometimes confirmations are delayed by the bank/gateway. Wait a minute and refresh your Orders/Bookings page. If it's still missing after ~10 minutes, share the payment reference/UTR with support so we can verify.

Question 8

How do refunds and cancellations work?

Cancellation/refund policies are set by the event organizer and shown on the event page/checkout. If permitted, you'll see a Cancel option in your Orders/Bookings before the cutoff time. Refunds (if eligible) are processed back to your original payment method.

How long do refunds take?

Refund timelines depend on your bank/gateway and typically take 5–7 business days after the organizer approves the request. You'll be notified by email once processed.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Ticket transfer depends on the organizer's policy. If enabled, you'll find a Transfer option on your booking. Otherwise, the original attendee must be present with ID if required.

Is my data and payment secure?

How do I host or list a show on Shortfundly Ticket?

Use List Your Show on Shortfundly Ticket to start the host flow. From the homepage, choose Register to host or open https://ticket.shortfundly.com/listyourshow. Hosts can create events, set ticket prices, and use supported screening delivery options described on the Ticket site.

Is Shortfundly Ticket the same as Shortfundly OTT, Hub, Festival, or Campus?

No. Shortfundly Ticket is the ticketing and event product at ticket.shortfundly.com. Hub, Festival, Campus, OTT/Vibe, and other Shortfundly products are separate offerings with their own websites.
