Digital Tickets & E-Delivery

Shortfundly Ticket delivers digital tickets only. No physical shipping is involved. After successful payment, your e-ticket/QR is issued electronically and made available via:
- Email confirmation with ticket link and/or attached e-ticket (PDF/Passbook where applicable).
- SMS (when enabled by the organizer/gateway) containing the ticket link or summary.
- Your Shortfundly account under Orders/Bookings → View Ticket.
1. Delivery Timelines
- In most cases, e-tickets are issued instantly after payment confirmation.
- Occasionally, payment verification or network delays can cause a short wait; check Orders/Bookings and refresh.
- If not received within 10 minutes, review spam/junk, confirm your email/phone, and re-download from your account.
2. Contact Details & Access
- Please ensure your email address and mobile number are accurate at checkout.
- Log in anytime to access tickets and invoices in Orders/Bookings.
- Do not share your ticket link/QR publicly; it grants admission like a pass.
3. Failed Delivery & Re-Issue
- If the email bounces or SMS fails, you can re-download from the account dashboard.
- Still not showing? Contact [email protected] with Order ID and payment reference/UTR.
- At venue, the original buyer may be required to present a valid photo ID matching the booking details if there are disputes.
4. Physical Delivery (If Offered by Organizer)
Some organizers may offer optional physical passes/merchandise. Any physical shipping timelines, courier partners, charges, and return policies are determined by the organizer and shown on the event page. Shortfundly is not responsible for courier delays or losses; contact the organizer per instructions on the event page if applicable.
5. Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your e-ticket/QR will typically remain valid for the new date/time. For cancelled events, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for options and timelines.
